Enjoy the best of both worlds as we explore the beautiful Optus Trail, experiencing both bush and beach in the one walk. This is a gentle, flat and leisurely walk, making it perfect for anyone comfortable walking for up to 2 hours.

Join us for a creative and therapeutic Art Journaling Workshop, designed to help you relax, express yourself, and reconnect with your creativity in a supportive and welcoming environment.

This workshop will explore a beautiful “Mother Earth” theme, drawing inspiration from nature through a range of mixed media techniques including acrylic painting, collage, and stencilling.
No prior art experience is needed as this workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with creative experience.
What to expect:
Participants will work on A3 watercolour paper (or bring your own art journal if preferred). You will:
Select from a range of carefully curated nature-inspired images
Mix and experiment with acrylic paints to create your own colour palette
Create an expressive, abstract background
Incorporate collage elements
Use stencils to add depth and detail to your artwork
What’s included:
All art materials provided
Small group setting for a personalised experience
A delicious home-made morning tea, including coffee
If you have your own paint brushes or acrylic paints, you’re welcome to bring them along, though everything you need will be supplied.

You’re in for a truly special, nurturing experience with Vitoria guiding this beautiful healing integration session.
✨ A Journey of Movement, Breath & Energy Alignment ✨
This session is a layered somatic and energetic embodiment practice designed to support calm, clarity and inner connection.
We begin by setting personal intentions, creating space for what you are ready to shift or step into next.
From there, Vitoria will guide you through:
🌿 Moving meditation (Chi Gung inspired)
Gentle, accessible movement suitable for all levels of physical ability, with a strong focus on breath and presence
🌿 Conscious breath & flow
Deepening connection between body, breath and mind to support grounding and flow
🌿 Free movement / dance expression
An intuitive, joyful phase of movement where you are invited to move in your own rhythm and capacity
🌿 Seated integration meditation
A grounding close to the session, allowing deep rest and integration. This may be done on a chair or cushion
This final stage supports energetic alignment and integration of intention, helping you leave feeling clearer, lighter and more connected.
Vitoria brings over 10 years of energy healing experience with clients and 25 years of personal practice, and participants consistently leave feeling uplifted and supported.

📍 Whian Whian Falls, Whian Whian Road, Dunoon
Join Together She Thrives for a beautiful free bushwalk in nature.
We’ll be walking along the stunning Rocky Creek area, staring at the waterfall and following the creek and weaving over and around large boulders. It is a scenic and grounding experience in a truly magical location.
✨Walk details:
• Approx. 1 hour walk each way (we will return the same way)
• Mostly walking over natural boulder terrain
• Not difficult, but requires a reasonable level of fitness
• Creek levels will depend on recent rainfall
🥪 What to bring:
• Please pack your own lunch or a snack and water
• Bring your swimmers if you would like to swim in one of the water holes
🚗 Travel options:
You can choose to:
• Carpool with us
• Follow in your own car
• Meet us directly at the location
🚙 We will be leaving from Mullumbimby Golf Club carpark at 9:00am.
📍 If meeting us there directly, simply enter Whian Whian Falls into your GPS.
Parking is on the left just after the bridge over Rocky Creek, and we will meet you there at 9:45am.
This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature, move your body, and share a relaxed morning together in community.
